Email: support@opensitecheck.com
OpenSiteCheck is a service of LATTY INTERACTIVE LLC. The mailing address may be used for formal written notices. Email is the fastest contact method for operational requests.
2. Product and account support
Email support@opensitecheck.com with the subject Product support. Include the account email, page you were using, approximate time, request ID shown in an error response if available, and what you expected to happen.
For account-access problems, write from the account email where possible. We will not ask you to email your password.
3. Access, correction, and deletion requests
Email support@opensitecheck.com with the subject Privacy request. State whether you want access, correction, report removal, or account deletion, and include the account email or report URL.
We verify control of the account or authority to act for an affected person before disclosing or deleting data. Account deletion removes the account and its stored scans. Purchase records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud, refund, and dispute obligations as described in the retention schedule.
4. Accessibility feedback
Email support@opensitecheck.com with the subject Accessibility feedback. Include the affected URL, task, barrier, browser, device, assistive technology, and preferred alternative format where you can.
See the Accessibility Statement for current testing status, known PDF and report limitations, and alternative-format help.
5. Paid-report retries and refunds
Email support@opensitecheck.com with the subject Paid report retry or refund. Include the purchase email, payment order ID if available, report URL, and a concise description of the failure.
The complete policy is in Terms: Refunds, retries, and cancellations. A wholly failed report receives one reasonable retry or replacement; if that also fails, the purchase is refunded. Verified duplicate charges are refunded.
6. Report, domain, copyright, or rights takedowns
If a stored report exposes information from a site you control, infringes your rights, or should be removed for a legal or safety reason, email support@opensitecheck.com with the subject Report takedown.
Include:
- the OpenSiteCheck report URL and affected target URL;
- your name, organization, and relationship to the website or protected material;
- the exact information or work at issue and the action requested;
- a reliable way to verify website control or authority; and
- a good-faith statement that the information is accurate.
Do not send unnecessary identity documents or reproduce sensitive material in email. We may ask for a DNS record, an email from the site's domain, a link to an official contact page, or another proportionate verification method. We may temporarily restrict a report while reviewing a credible urgent request.
Stored scans and guest links are normally deleted after 90 days even without a request. A takedown removes the identified OpenSiteCheck copy; it does not remove content from the target website, search engines, a recipient's download, or another service.
7. Security reports
Email support@opensitecheck.com with the subject Security report. Describe the affected route, impact, reproduction steps, and any request ID without accessing other people's data, disrupting the service, or testing a third-party target through OpenSiteCheck.
Do not include live credentials, exploit the issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it, publicly disclose an unresolved issue, or demand payment. This contact route is not a bug-bounty program or promise of compensation.
8. What happens after you contact us
We aim to acknowledge accessibility, privacy, takedown, security, and failed paid-report requests within two business days. Complex authority, provider, payment, or legal questions may take longer. We will prioritize a credible request involving exposed sensitive information or active unauthorized access.
We may request limited information needed to verify identity, account control, payment, website authority, or rights ownership. We keep request records as described in the Privacy Policy so we can document the action taken and handle follow-up or disputes.
